Who we are
Iggy Ragu’s was born from a dream, a deep love for food, and a desire to bring something fresh and meaningful to the community. Founders Thomas and Chase stumbled upon an old school bus that had seen better days— but where others saw rust and potential headaches, they saw a blank canvas. With a lot of elbow grease, a bold vision, and the support of local artists and friends, the bus was fully repainted and reimagined into a rolling kitchen with heart and soul.
The name Iggy Ragu’s is a tribute to Thomas’s grandfather, Iggy— a proud Italian food lover who always dreamed of opening his own restaurant. Though he never got to see that dream through, his spirit lives on in every sandwich, sauce, and spud patty served out of the window.
Today, Iggy Ragu’s is more than a food truck— it’s a symbol of passion, family, and the power of good food to bring people together.
